How Mid2Bid works
Mid2Bid is a tender and project intelligence platform for the six GCC markets, with a built-in bidding CRM. There are two ways in: a tender you find, or a news story that points to work before a tender exists. Both end in the same place — an opportunity with an owner, a stage and a next step.
Journey 1 — from a tender to a bid
Find it
Search and filter public tenders across the six markets by country and category. From Standard, alerts tell you when new tenders match what you follow.
Save it
Save the tender to your own CRM with one click, on every plan including Free.
Work it
Move it through the stages of your pipeline. On Premium and Enterprise, assign it to a colleague so everyone sees who owns it.
Close it
Mark it Submitted when the bid goes in, then Won or Lost — so next year you know which tenders were worth it.
Journey 2 — from the news to an opportunity
Read it
An article appears — often in Arabic — and Mid2Bid translates it, summarises it and files it in one of 35 categories.
See who's involved
The developer, the contractor and the project named in it become records you can follow.
Give it an owner
One click turns it into an opportunity in your pipeline, with a stage and a next action. Forwarding a link is not action; giving it an owner is.
The seven stages of your bid pipeline
1.New
Just saved. Nobody has acted on it yet.
2.Contacted
You have been in touch with the buyer or the people behind it.
3.Qualified
You have decided it is worth pursuing.
4.Opportunity
Actively pursued, with an owner and a next step.
5.Submitted
Your bid or proposal has gone in.
6.Won
Awarded to you.
7.Lost
Closed without an award to you.
The Free plan is free forever and needs no card.
